I< 'f I A t/WARNING NOTICE - SENSIT IVE INTELLl GENCE\nSOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED\nFIRK-311/0lb38--7\nunidentified phenomenon at Site 7.\nWhile watching a sport com­\npetition between Canada and·the.U::iSR on television, he stepped\noutside for some air and observed an.unidentified sharp (bright)\ngreen circular object or ~a~s in the sky.\nThe object was situated\n\\>.·est of the site at an angle· of sighting of approximately 70\ndegrees.\nThe altitude of the object was undeter~inable.\n(Field\nComment;\nAlthough there were no clouds in the sky that even1n 6 ,\nSource believed that the green mass would have been hiiher than\ncloud level.\nSource could not estimate the diameter of the\nobject.)\nWithin 10 to 15 seconds of observ~tion, the green circle\nwidened and w'ith'in a brief period of time several ireen concentric\ncircles formed around the mass.\nWithin minutes the'coloring dis·\nappeared.\nThere was no sound, such as an explosion, associated\nwith the phenomenon.\n(Field ColllJllent:\nSource had no. opinion as\nto what this phenomenon was.\n16 n-vas no resultant rumors.\nSource could not provide any further details.)\nI\nI\n1·\nI\nI\nl\nI\nI\n!"
