   "text": "'Hai~lo~ia..D)\"EMAN.\n'fOP SEOR:B'i'\nOXCART\nCmrirct S-;stem\n,; · ·--••\nBYE 2081-65\nCopy ..1_\n1 FEB 1965\nMEMORANDUM FOR:\nAssistant Director for Scientific Intelligence\nSUBJECT:\nUnidentified Flying Object\n1.\nOSI and OSA, we believe; received similar information\nregarding a UFO in the vicinity of Puerto Rico during period\n18-24 November 1964.\nAs you can see by the cable originated\nby the Commander, Caribbean Sea Frontier, to Commander in\nChief Atlantic Fleet, date time group Ol/2048Z December,\nCINCLANTFLT was informed that UFO identified by CO Ramey as\nbeing YF-12A.\nWe think ONI finally convinced, through our\nefforts, that UFO in fact not YF-12A or similar category\nLockheed Aircraft.\n2.\nNavy has provided, at our request, pertinent traffic\non this subject, as well as original radar film, Attachment 1,\nwith accompanying prints of same.\nRequest OSI, possibly in\nconjunction with OEL, evaluate the radar photography to\ndetermine if any further information can be gotten through\na thorough scientific analysis of the material relative to a\nhigh speed, high altitude UFO.\n3.\nRequest on completion of OSI study that the attached\ndocuments, film and prints be returned to the TCO/BCO/OSA\nfor return to Navy.\n....__i\nACK C.\nColonel\nL\nssistant Director\n(Special Activities)\nAttachments ­\nAs stated above\n•iir. . .\ner.our r ...\"I\n)r\nExcl~,~~~/'.~~-t!~~Btlcl\n!'\"I'''. ·• ••\n·~\n1.,..,..,\nOXCART\nTOP SEGRECJ.l"
