He and four other persons from his unit, i ncluding his ­\ndrove the short distance over to the\nThat day it\nwas pleasant wi th clear blue ski es. After they parked, they were walking\nwest towards the entrance of the building. It was natural to look west\nbecause of the beautiful view of Cheyanne Mountain.\n■ At that time, -\nand the four other soldiers wi th him al l noticed a\nvery strange object that appeared to be hovering just over Cheyanne\nmountain, in a low point or \"saddle\" in the mountain. -\ndescribed the\nobject as being mat te white, or off-whi te i n color and appearing non­\nmetallic .\nThe object was oval shaped and i n a hori zontal posi t i on, wi th a\ncurved indentation on the bottom.\n-\ndescri bed the object as being \"bean­\nshaped\".\nThe object was complet ely motion less and no sound could be heard\ncomi ng from i t.\nAll f i ve of the men saw the object and were poi nting i t out\nby\nMeeting))\n\"------------------------ Date drafted\n04-\n/2025\nThis document contains neither recommendations norconclusions ofthe FBI. The object\nwas covered in intersecti ng lines or ridges which formed an abstract polygon\npattern which covered the entire object. -\nstated the object was about\nthe size of 10% of the saddl e of the mountains, or about the size of a pool\ncue at arms-length .\nNone of the five men had a phone on them\nThey all simultaneously looked away\nmomentarily to decide to have one of them go back to the vehicle to get a\nphone to take a video. When they loo ked back the obj ect had vanished. They\nsearched the western skyline but wer e not able find the object again.\n■ They were all confused what they shoul d do next,\nThey got together afterwards to di scuss what\nthey had seen. They wondered if they had seen a UAP, and went through the\nalternatives it could have been, such as a blimp or a weather balloon. Each\nof them independently drew what they remembered the object to look like, and\nthen t hey compared their drawings afterwards. All of the drawings were\nconsistent i n showing a horizontal , white, \"bean-shaped\" object with\nabstract lines crossing on it. -\nbelieved that\nmade an\nofficial report to the army about their observation. -\nstated he was\ncontacted by AARO in early 2024 about their observation. He stated he\nprovided a response, but that he was never interviewed by AARO or anyone\ne l se."
