Army intel ligence\nofficer, a l ong wi th four other members of his uni t, observed a UAP over\nthe Cheyenne Mountains as they exited their office buil ding . 11111\ndescribed the day as the perfect •bl ue bird\" sky as there were no c l ouds,\nl ittl e humidity, with a temperature of approximatel y 50 degrees\nFahrenhei t.\nThe object was •potato\" shaped wi th di stinct edges and appeared to\nl ook painted in a creamy/whitish opal escent col or. It was somewhat\ntranslucent with a slight shimmer . The object was made up of what can\nbest be described as articulating fish scales or panel s that were non­\nsyrnrnetri cal , non-overlappi ng, and irregul ar shaped. The object itself was\nperfectl y still but each panel on the object shifted i n s l ow waves\nstarting at different points of origin but at the same time .\nAfter approximately two minutes, the object vanished . 11111\nspecificall y stated that the object \"cl oaked\" in the space of time it\ntook to turn a head and there was no shadow.\nand initial sketch draft are attached.
