   "text": "Title :\nObservations\n■\nRe :\n11.\n2024\n-\nOn 11a,,2024, Special Agents (SA) -\n-\nand SA ­\n11111111111\" visited the home of -\n-\n(-\nat\n­\n-\n•\nThe purpose of the visit was confirm reports and video that\n-\nhad previously provided of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP)\nover the l ast three years.\nAt the time of the surveillance, the weather\nwas approximately 48 degrees , with overcast conditions and no\nprecipitation . The official sunset time was ­\n■\nAt approximately 4:45pm, Agents and -\nwent out to -\npatio\non the north side of his home . -\ninitially pointed out lights in the\ndistance which-\nbelieved to be homes and other permanent structures.\n-\nalso pointed to lights t(jpich ■\nclaimoo to be eight miles away and\ncould not be certain what tho~ light sources were.\n■\nApproximately twenty minutes later, SA -\nobserved what ­\nbelieved to be a UAP. In the direction of\nSA -\nsaw a\nwhite pulsation of l ight appear. The :~~ht appeared to be at the northern\nedge of\nand began to move l&irizontally with somewhat erratic\nmovements. The light did not appear to reflect off the water of ­\n-\ngiving the possibility that the light source was over the wooded\na rea to the north s i de of\nThe light source di d not appear to\nilluminate the area below it or the surface of\nThe light\nappeared to an altitude at or below the tree line. The white light danced\naround less than ten seconds, moving side to side, and then disappeared .\n•\nWithin the tree line to the west of -\nhome , there were other\nlights observed by Agents. On multiple occasions , SA -\nobserved\nwhi te lights appear at the top of the tree line . These lights would pul se\nand flash it white/blue hue and then disappear. These lights did not\nappear to move as erratically and seemed to be more stationary. SA ­\nalso observed plumes of broad light appearing for several seconds before\na flash of light, either red or white appeared, and moved erratically\nbefore disappearing .\n•\nSA -\nattempted to capture observed UAP activity and these\nphotos are attached to this communication . Five photos were taken,\nhowever the photos were mostly blurry and do not provide much context. It\n3"

   "text": "♦♦\nObservations\n■\n11/-\n2024\nwas later determined that a tripod or other stable platform would be\nrequired as the long exposure of the camera aperture would not yield\nclear images.\nIIII At approximately 5: 15pm, -\n-\nand -\narri ved home,\nAgents and -\nwent inside briefly to meet them before returning to the\npatio .\n•\nAt approximately 5:30pm, SA -\nand SA -\nobserved what they\nbelieved to be a UAP in the same location of\nthat SA ­\nhad seen the possible UAP. The UAP appeared as a bright white light above\na bright red light at the far end of the pond hovered at a approximately\ntree- top height, moved quickly from right to left, disappeared, then re­\nappeared simultaneously where it had first appeared, moved quickly from\nright to l eft and disappeared again. Both Agents observed this activity.\n•\nAgents and -\nremained on the patio and backyard, observing\nactivity until approximately 6:10pm before going back inside -\nhome\nto download the most recent photos and videos -\nhad taken of activity\nbehind 1111 residence\n■\nAgents discontinued surveillance and departed -\nhome at\napproximately 6 : 15pm.\n4"
