At 7:02 am, the contractors receivede the bases' standard - (■■ brief, got into threee vehicles, and began driving to the site they were going to use for testing. (■ - - drove the first vehicle with - as the front passenger. - - contractors - - ■■ ■■ and - - were in the second ande third vehicles. - (■ Between 7:15 and 7:30 am, - drove down - - to ae gate that restricted access to part of the - - attempted to opene the gate remotely using a fob. The gate opened just a little and then closede on three separate tries. On the fourth attempt the gate opened completelye and stayed open. On 09tl/2023 .Page 2 of 2 cigar s haped obj ect wi th an ext remel y bri ght light southwest of them approximately 500 to 3000 f eet above the nearest tree line (agent note : t he t ree l i ne was appr oxi matel y one mile sout h west of posit ion) . The obj ect was already ther e when she l ooked up . a l most hovering, slowl y moving f rom east to west . The l i ght was an i ntense d i amond white l ight with what appeared t o be a r i ng around t he light and was located o n t he east ern end of the obj ect . The light was pointi ng south east and l ooking at i t (the light ) was l i ke looking i nto t he sun . The obj ect was "metallic br onze in colorll and was t he l ength of two or three Blackhawk he licopters l ined up nose to tail . The wi dt h of the object was approximat ely the wi dth of one and a hal f Bl ackhawks but was hard to determine due the l i ght on t he obj ect' s eastern end which may have been obscuring par t of the body . The object was compl etel y s ilent . (■ JIii - was initially annoyed when she saw t he object because s he had restri cted the ranges f or t he tests t hey wer e going t o conduc t t ha t mor ni ng but then she realized t he obj ect was not an aircraft or drone . - inched her vehi c l e f orward while she a nd watched the obj ect_ They wat c hed the obj ect for f ive t o ten seconds and t hen t he obj ect j ust disappeared . The sky was c l ear with no c l o uds a nd t he obj ect did l eave any contrai ls . a nd - searched the sky but did not see the obj ect again. - d i d not notice any i nt erference with her vehic l e ' s engi ne while the object was v i s i b l e . She onl y observed t he one obj ect a nd f elt it l e f t when i t saw t hem . (■ Jill - drove to the t est site where ■■■■ who was a passenger i n the second vehicl e sai d he saw the obj ect too .
